FEAST & SAVOUR
The drinks menu draws inspiration from the lux-vintage hotels of Miami and pulls on techniques from classic Cuban drinks. Rum and American whiskey compliment the cocktail list featuring fresh and Cubanesque fruit tastes. Fresh cocktails are mixed with traditional combinations to appease even the most discerning palate.
The food offering is intended to match the drinks and is light enough for a nibble or substantial enough for a feast. The menu takes motivation from Cuba’s traditional trading partners, and their local, abundant ingredients, to create dishes unique to Hacienda Sydney. Featuring Latin and American delights and of course some delicious burger options as well.
