Hacienda Sydney is Sydney Harbour’s luxury vista bar inspired by the grand plantation of architecture of Cuba, mixed with the lux yet playful modern vintage hotels of the 1950’s Miami. Hacienda Sydney, situated in Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is a botanical oasis overlooking Sydney’s iconic Harbour in circular quay.
Designed by Carly Watermann and in collaboration with Apple Jack Hospitality, Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour’s newest venue Hacienda Sydney is a unique and creative experience and is derived from the history of the 1950’s in Miami. It was a time of glamorous tropical destinations where well-to-do visitors could enjoy the sun and water by the masses. It was the time when Sinatra crooned in the big Miami Beach hotels and couples took cha cha lessons overlooking the water. Hacienda Sydney has the ideal location overlooking Sydney’s iconic Harbour Bridge and glistening water mixed with overhanging plants and quirky artefacts.
