Yes, a menu designed by Giovanni Pilu from the Pilu team will be offered. Bringing bright, fresh flavours of Latin America to the table. Think aguachile de seriola, torita de cangrejo and golden corn dough with cheese empanadas and street-food favourites like yellowfin tuna crispy tacos and chorizo hot dogs, dishes made for sharing and perfectly paired with El Vista’s cocktail.
Will the beverage menu change?
Yes, the cocktail menu will change. Our new menu will crafted by the Maybe Sammy team, is a vibrant celebration of Latin America, balancing iconic classics and bold new signatures.
Expect perfectly balanced Margaritas, zesty Daiquiris, Palomas bursting with pink grapefruit, and indulgent Piña Coladas, alongside inventive creations like a smoky mezcal Old Fashioned, a rum-and-coffee cocktail spiced with warmth, and a fiery chilli-laced tequila spritz.
